Huang Wei, whose name is Jiuyuan, was born in Longchuan, Guangdong in 1945. Doctor of Philosophy, Scholar, Poet, National Special-Class Calligrapher. He is famous for his academic achievements and poetry and works. At the turn of the century, "Structural Theory" and "Energy Principle Theory" were established. He is the leader of my country's "Watershed Ecological Economic Strategy Theory". Former leader of Shenzhen Guangming Overseas Chinese Farm Group. He is currently a lifelong researcher of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, the honorary chairman of the Zijincheng Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, the lifelong honorary dean of the Confucius Institute, and the chief art consultant of UNESCO. His poems and works are elegant and upright, and he was selected as the "Special Artist for Chinese National Gifts". UNESCO awarded the "World Cultural Heritage AAA Gold Award Artist". The calligraphy works were selected into the textbook series "Appreciation of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy" in Peking University. Independently complete the national art science project. Huang Wei, whose pen name is Jiuyuan,Huo Shan a sword.Born in Longchuan, Guangdong in February 1945,The "Old Three" Educated Youth，Known for his academic achievements and calligraphy works,He is an outstanding scholar and poet calligrapher with rich legendary colors in contemporary China. He used to be the secretary of the rural party branch, middle school teacher, and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Guangming Overseas Chinese Farm Group. He is currently a lifelong researcher of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, a researcher of the Chinese Society for Future Studies, the honorary chairman of the Forbidden City Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, the lifelong honorary dean of the Confucius Institute, the honorary representative of UNESCO's culture and art and the chief art consultant.

Mr. Huang Wei is first and foremost an outstanding scholar. At the end of the last century, he became famous at home and abroad for his article "A Preliminary Study on River Basin Eco-economic Strategy", and became the leader of my country's river basin ecological economic strategy theory. Since then, his "Rediscussion on River Basin Eco-economic Strategy", "Rediscussion on Material Structure" and other scientific theories, the articles are highly built, sparks burst, unique perspectives, and practical in the world. He has successively appeared in many national mainstream media such as "Open Herald", "Red Flag Digest", high-level internal magazine "Leadership Decision Reference" and more than 50 national documents. Among them, "Re-discussion on Material Structure" was selected into the textbook series of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
